What type of eCommerce emails can you help with?
I can help with all eCommerce emails. Automation emails, like abandoned cart. Also campaign emails. These are created as needed based on your graphic and copy needs, and use your resources to stay in brand. I use automations and campaigns through your email account to help improve your bottom line results and your relationship to your customers. ​

Can you improve my open and click-through rates?
Yes. I optimize these numbers using A/B testing on almost every email sent, either via automation or a campaign. Constant testing provides the best chance to increase the response to your emails. It works best with a proper segmentation and targeting strategy.​

Can you help with email automation and segmentation?
Yes. Email optimization requires segmentation to target customers at every stage of their purchasing journey. Automations can be set up to target these segments, while campaigns can be custom-made to speak directly to these segments with the most relevant message available at the time of sending.

Can you use AI for optimization?
Yes. Klaviyo has new AI-based tools I can use to make adjustments to your email plan. However, as with all things AI, I review the recommendations, make modifications and adjust the AI-suggested content, campaigns, segmentation and timing so it works with your brand and provides the results you are expecting.

How do you ensure that my emails won't be marked as spam?
I review the language of the emails carefully, and I have emails tested regularly to check their spam qualities. If they appear likely to be considered spam, I request that we adjust them to avoid that problem.

How long does it take to see results?
Depending on the kind of product, the traffic that comes through your store, and the cadence of the email campaigns, it usually takes between 2 and 4 weeks to see a positive difference.

Can you help me comply with email marketing regulations?
Yes. I will help you comply with American and European email marketing regulations as needed.

Do you work with something other than Shopify and Klaviyo?
Yes. I work with whatever applications you use for eCommerce and email marketing. Shopify + Klaviyo is a popular choice for a lot of people, that's why it is highlighted.
